Yes - and people do it all the time. As long as we have a creator available in your area, you're good. The earlier you book, the more options you have. But we've pulled off same-day shoots more than once.

Can I see my Reel Maker's previous work before the shoot?

Yes - just ask. We share creator portfolios on request so you know the style and quality before your shoot day. Reach out while booking and we'll sort it.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Is travel included in the pricing?

Travel within 15 km is included in your plan. Anything beyond that will have a small additional travel charge - always communicated upfront before your booking is confirmed.

What kind of events and shoots do you cover?

Yes, literally. Our Reel Makers shoot and edit simultaneously during your event. There's no 'we'll send it tonight.' By the time your guests are still mingling, you're already watching your reel.

What if the venue has bad lighting or it's an outdoor shoot at night?

Our creators are trained to work with available light and know how to adapt. That said, if your event has specific lighting challenges, let us know in advance and we'll come prepared.

What if my event runs longer than expected?

No problem - we'll stay. Additional time beyond your booked slot will be charged at an extra rate. Just let your Reel Maker know on-site and we'll handle it smoothly.

Can you shoot multiple things happening at the same time?

For larger events with multiple moments happening simultaneously - like a brand activation with different zones - we can deploy multiple Reel Makers. Just mention it while booking and we'll plan accordingly.

What if the creator doesn't show up?

Hasn't happened - but if it ever does, we've got you covered. We'll either arrange a replacement creator or process a full refund. No excuses, no runaround.
